What is in a Cigarette? Check out how dangerous it is to you.

Good morning friend, came across this invaluable piece of information and I know it's going to be useful to you too. You are not a Smoker but you could have a friend this will be useful for. You don't have such a person in your circle then remember ' No knowledge is lost".

Let's help promote Healthy Living and Campaign against Smoking and Addictions!
Oshunbiyi Oluwatobiloba.
Over 3,200 Americans under the age of 18 smoke their first cigarette every day, and most of them are
unaware of what they are getting into.  Many new smokers may not realize how quickly their new habit can lead to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, lung diseases, and certain types of cancer.

If you’re looking for an explanation as to why cigarette smoke results in more than 480,000 deaths each year in the United States, look no further than its ingredients.

The average cigarette contains upward of 600 different ingredients on top of over 7,000 chemicals produced by cigarette smoke. Where these ingredients and chemicals also show up may shock some smokers into quitting once and for all. “One of the issues with cigarettes is that they have hundreds of added ingredients, not just what is naturally in the tobacco plant,” environmental health scientist with Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Luz Claudio told Medical Daily in an email.

“What complicates this even more is that when these chemicals burn, they form other chemicals that may have additional effects on health.”

While tobacco companies like R.J. Reynolds insist that a lot of the ingredients found in cigarettes are also found in Food and Drug Administration- approved foods and beverages, a few of these
ingredients are also found in products that you would never think to put in your body otherwise.
Take for example arsenic; an inorganic substance found in wood preservatives and rat poison.

On the FDA’s Established List of Harmful and Potentially Harmful Constituents in Tobacco Products and Tobacco Smoke, arsenic’s dangers include: carcinogen, cardiovascular toxicant, and reproductive or developmental toxicant.

Some of cigarettes' harmful ingredients and chemicals are more familiar, such as carbon monoxide, which can be found in car exhaust fumes, and nicotine, also found in insecticides.

There’s also formaldehyde; a cancer-causing ingredient of embalming fluid.

Others may not seem so dangerous by name alone like cadmium; an active ingredient in batteries, or hexamine; sometimes found in barbecue lighters.
Approximately 70 of the chemicals and ingredients found in a cigarette are considered carcinogenic meaning they have the potential to cause cancer.
Almost all of these ingredients can lead to death in some way or another.

According to the American Cancer Society, cigarette smoke accounts for at least 30 percent of all cancer-
related deaths in the U.S. This includes 87 percent of lung cancer deaths among men and 70 percent of among women. Cigarette smoke can also lead to certain lung diseases including emphysema, bronchitis, and chronic airway obstruction. There are currently more than 16 million Americans suffering from a disease that was caused by smoking. If appropriate prevention strategies are not put in place to curb the number of young Americans who pick up smoking, an estimated 5.4 million people under the age of 18 will die
prematurely due to a smoking-related illness.

Beware dear, You Start Smoking to Learn Smoking and you Stop Smoking to Stop Smoking.
I pray Jesus Christ graces you the determination needed for a complete deliverance out of the Urge and addiction to Smoking.

Have a nice day, don't forget to share this with a friend and via social networks. You could be saving a Soul.

Manipulation is a strong word or subject in this generation yet we sit and watch the degeneration it causes to our generation everyday and in our everyday situation.
-To manipulate is to negotiate, control or influence for one’s advantage.
It’s all about using people to achieve the desired outcome.
Manipulation is more than being selfish or being self-centred. It is self-seeking!

At the very beginning of Jesus’ earthly ministry  Jesus tells of a great opportunity: God’s kingdom is within our reach. To enter the kingdom, however, we must go through a process of REPENTANCE and BELIEF.

Mark 1:14‭-‬15 KJV‬‬: Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Through this process we learn how:
-To lay down our lives
-Pick up the cross
-Follow Jesus into the kingdom

These three highlights aren’t steps but a circle that represents our Journey into the kingdom of God and time: the kairos moments in our lives which is the portal through which we enter into Kingdom living.

What is a Kairos Moment?
A portal (access) through which we enter into dimensions of results. It is a moment and moments defines time just like seasons define destiny.
Eg: Jesus’ death on the cross was not a last-ditch effort on God’s  part …

BOLDNESS: the requirement for Servanthood.

While it is not scriptural to pray for faith,  you can ask God for boldness.
Very soon after the early church had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we see them petition for it.
-It takes Boldness to dispense the anointing  NOT just faith.
Faith is used to receive not dispense(create) in the operations of the anointing.Though the gift of faith manifests boldness too.
