HOW MUCH DO YOU KNOW??

After an hectic day, I decided I must drop this piece of biblical expository.
We'll be taking the post- Know More in parts and I want you to please follow it up on the blog as I start with the introductory.

PART I- INTRODUCTION.

And ye shall know the truth and it shall make you free- John 8:32
How much do you know?
This is a question for us all; a call to know more because 'you know more to grow more'.
How much do you know about God, yourself and God's will for your life??
How much do you know about your purpose, career, marriage/relationship??

The truth is: How much you know is how much you want to know.

The level at which you know is the level at which you'll operate. No wonder a lot of us complain about our business, career, ministry, academics relationship/marriage to mention but a few...
We will keep complaining because we have refuse to know more about them all.

The attitude of not knowing more is a sign of satisfaction at whatever level you are and you shouldn't complain about what you are satisfied with.

Instead of just complaining with your mouth, complain with your life- Know more!

-You shouldn't close down that business; go know more about it.
-You do not need to switch careers; know more about it- Research deep!
-There's a promise of God on that ministry; know more about it.
-You are not destined to be the tail academically; know more - study to show thyself approved
(II Tim 2:15).
-That relationship/marriage is not for a break up/divorce; know more about it, know more about your partner!

God is so much interested in your Life; Know more about Yourself!!

I am charging you far above giving up; know more to come up!!
You are what you know and what you know defines you!
KNOW MORE!!!!

Watch out for the other parts. Thank you for your time.

Much Love,
Oluwatobiloba Oshunbiyi,

THE 7 DISPENSATIONS IN THE BIBLE

Dispensationalism is a method of interpreting history that divides God’s work and purposes toward mankind into different periods of time. Usually, there are seven dispensations identified, although some theologians believe there are nine. Others count as few as three or as many as thirty-seven dispensations.  In this article, we will limit ourselves to the seven basic dispensations found in scripture.

ARE THERE TYPES OF FAST?

ARE THERE TYPES OF FAST? Fasting is the periodic abstention from food and in some cases even water; usually this is done during the daylight hours and many people fast for religious and health reasons. Fasting is an ancient practice that has assisted in attaining a state of spiritual consciousness that is more highly sensitive and elevated than under normal conditions. Many people in the Bible fasted, including Moses, David, and Daniel in the Old Testament and Anna, Paul, and Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Many important figures in Christian history attested to fasting’s value, as do many Christians today. The purpose of fasting is not to get God to respond as a genie in a bottle to grant our every wish. Fasting, whether it is regular, partial, absolute, or sexual, is a seeking after God’s heart, all other blessings and benefits being secondary to God Himself. This is what sets apart biblical fasting from other religious and cultural practices around the world. The Bible

THE MYSTERY OF HIS PRESENCE

Have you ever wondered why God will not honour the words of certain men and honour that of another? Have you ever thought about something  like this or experienced this: The Bible says ..... You shall lay your hands upon the sick and they will recover ( Mark 16:18b ). You laid your hands and instead of a recovery, you found a discovery – that the man is not healed and the sickness/disease has back-fired. This can be painful......  until a young man comes and at the sound of his voice, the infirmity flees. Has this ever bothered you? Or that a man speaks into existence instantly what you have been begging God for with fasting and prayers.   I bring you a mystery today!

KAIROS: THE MYSTERY OF TIME

At the very beginning of Jesus’ earthly ministry  Jesus tells of a great opportunity: God’s kingdom is within our reach. To enter the kingdom, however, we must go through a process of REPENTANCE and BELIEF. Mark 1:14‭-‬15 KJV‬‬: Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  And saying, The time is fulfilled , and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Through this process we learn how: - To lay down our lives - Pick up the cross - Follow Jesus into the kingdom These three highlights aren’t steps but a circle that represents our Journey into the kingdom of God and time: the kairos moments in our lives which is the portal through which we enter into Kingdom living. What is a Kairos Moment?  A portal (access) through which we enter into dimensions of results. It is a moment and moments defines time just like seasons define destiny. Eg: Jesus’ death on the cross was not a last-ditch
